The project consists of 5 for sale townhome units configured in 5 buildings. Each unit comes complete with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2-car garages. Three single-family homes are positioned facing Clinton Avenue and feature a slightly elevated front patio and landscaping to afford the owners an opportunity to engage and enjoy the neighborhood. They are complete with a rear yard and detached garages. Two additional buildings are located toward the rear of the property, fronting Vine Ct. These homes are accessed via a landscaped sidewalk from Clinton, between the two front facing buildings and provide a generous second floor exterior deck for outdoor living. The front and rear buildings are separated by a common auto-court that is accessed front Vine Ct behind the property. The exterior of the buildings are proposed to be clad in lap siding and accented with masonry veneer, asphalt shingle roofing and large windows.
The site is currently a vacant lot zoned for 2-Family. We anticipate splitting the lot into two separate parcels.
The project was approved at the Board of Zoning Appeals on July 3rd, 2023. Gold Key Builders is submitting permits to the city to begin construction upon approval. Plan review typically takes 30-45 days. We anticipate beginning construction upon securing design approvals and permits. We are currently expecting a 12-month construction period.
